Hi my name is Mel and i am renting a double room in a large, brand new, luxury unit on the 7th floor in Zetland with views of Centrepoint tower and city. It is a two bedroom, two bathroom flat, with a massive loungeroom and a decent sized balcony, a big kitchen, a study and an internal laundry. There is also a rooftop garden on our level.
It is furnished other then the bedroom.
The unit is totally accessible, and i am a professional independent female in her mid twenties and in a wheelchair.
I would prefer a gay female, or bisexual, but will talk to others.
