It's located at Queens Park, and is a one minute walk to Centennial Park. You can walk to Bondi Junction in 10 minutes then take the train to the city (6 mins). Near-by buses go to the city (25 mins), beaches (10 mins), airport (40 mins. There are shops & a wide selection of affordable restaurants close by.

The property is behind the main house so is secure & safe and very private -  you have your own  entrance via. an external  security gate. Wireless internet works fine you can obtain a  monthly account with no contracts -  all you need is a modem.

Please note that it's in a quiet residential area & won't suit 'party animals'!
References  required & there’s an application form to complete & lease to sign.  There's a 6 week cash deposit, refundable when the property & contents are left in clean condition as per the inventory. Minimum lease is 3 months.
