Building offers spa gym sauna pool! LOCATION! 5min to D. Harbour, 10min to fish market, star city, UTS, TAFE, China town and 15 to 20 min to World Tower and all the pubs around there! Note we looking for clean/tidy and friendly mates (familiar with asian culture? then u just perfect!!) 3 month minimum stay preferred and $5 weekly discount as well for those longterm stayer!
