2 rooms to let one single unfurnished  $80 +billswould fit a double bed just about and one double room with bed  desk wordrobe and a bedside $130 +bills there is pelenty of storeage if you wanted to use your oven furnisher that would be fine the house is old but not in bad condishion loads of space and only 2mins walk to the train station and 10 mins walk from the beach i currently live here by my self and tru the week i work and also train most nights so im out of the houce 10 to 14 hours a day i am 26 male Irish would like to have  male or female does not matter 80's babys would be best good sence of humer is needed on top of the rent  party people on the weekend workers or students tru the week would be ideal anyways people hit me up if your intrested with a bit about your self and see if the place would suit you and look farward to hearing form yous :P
