Front room offered to let in apartment in Dulwich Hill.  Share with couple in their mid twenties and one cat.
Room is currently unfurnished, however we can provide a single matress, clothes horse and small set of drawers if you wish.
Share all other facilities and cleaning (cleaning roster will be set up).
Common facilities include bathroom with bath, kitchen with fridge, balcony with plants, tv with playstation.
We are looking for someone of any age who is fun, friendly, opened minded  and who loves animals.
Bond is two weeks rent, plus two weeks in advance.
