I need a place to stay and i dont have much time to find that.(and i dont wanna stay with 4 guy at same room at least i can share 1 room with someone but offcourse if 2 bed is available )I am 28 years old turkish guy and international student and have work permit and i already have a bachelor degree on geology from my country

So I am looking for a place to stay it can be a family that I can help their usual cleaning works(i can give private lessons to their children (can be math pyhsic ..and ihave been playing guitar for 15 years so i can teach how to play it.and i have alot of programming skills i can teach and help about programming with c & C++ and can teach the linux env. it has been 2 weeks that ive arrived syd.) or other things it shouldn't be expensive i can pay 70 - 80 per week and and i just can pay 100 for bond

And if the place will be close to the central city it would be great..
