Im currently in search of an fun flatmate...
Here's a brief description of what I am all about :-)
* I work shift work in Hospitality (you may have the house to yourself at times)
* Love meeting new people and learning different type of cultures
* Occasional bbq/party or get together with friends but crave for balance in life (not too much of a party animal but the right amount).
* I love a house that is harmonious and easy to get on with a flatmate.
* Approachable, positive and easy going kind of person.
Ideally, I am looking for a housemate who is like minded, doesn't take things to heart, easy going, age 20-35yrs of age, mindful of each others space and honest. I would prefer a non-smoker but if the right housemate, I can compromise :-)
Here's a description of your future apartment:
* The Apartment is Split level and you have your own bedroom and bathroom on the upstairs level. It is a spacious, light filled, modern apartment with a large balcony.
* Please note the table as pictured below isn't included and will not be in the room when you move in. * There is an outdoor swimming pool and secure car space.
* Supermarket, Bottle shop, gym and bus transport are only 2mins walk away.
* The apartment is 10mins from Central Station.
