Hi, I'm Josh, a 22yo student of counselling in sydney, looking to move to the Central Coast (Preferrably around the Gosford area) to be closer to my mum's family and look after my grandfather. I'm looking for a room to move into up there, furnished would be preferred but not necessary. I'm willing to pay between $90-$130.

Also looking for a bit of a longer tenancy, my course will end in 2013 so I will likely be looking to stay until I have completed my degree. I'm clean, quiet, reliable, friendly, easy to get along with, have never been late with rent and can cook :) I also have rental references if you want them.
