Hi there,

I'm a 32 year old male professional, who enjoys the Northern Beaches Lifestyle.  I'm considering relocating to Manly as there is a more buzz then where I am now. I'm active and like to be out and about.

I'm looking for one or two other professionals to establish a house/flat share in Manly. I'm not in a hurry  to find something new, but will go for it with the right people and the right place.

I like a modern home, and I would like to find people who appreciate a modern, clean and social environment too. Budget would work up to $300-$350 a week per person. If possible we would have one spare room, to share so we can have visitors.
