Your room is a partially furnished with a single bed which gets morning sun has a single bed and a Tallboy with an option to get a wardrobe or keep my Tallboy.   The room is average sized and would suit a single male / female who is tidy and believes in cleaning after themselves. 


 The rent would be $160 p/w plus bills with  2 weeks rent in advance.

The unit is located on 3 Stuart Street, Collaroy  and around 500 mtrs from Shops and Surf rock hotel and 2-3 minutes walk from bus stop either ways ( to and from the city).

You will be sharing the unit (not your room ofcourse) with me a 27 y/o male working full time and my mum who lives here on and off around 2/4 days a week.
