Seeking a person to share the home and costs.  Would suit either a Single Mother (as third room available) or Pensioner who enjoys the quite life and the serenity of life.  I am a very quite living person currently renting a cabin for me and my 5 year old cat.
 
The home is in a quite location.  References required, small bond and will share amenities such as telephone, water.
 
The house has parking in the driveway (not covered).  3 BR, very large living room, kitchen, gas stove, large bathroom, beautiful back verandah to laze away and good size yard.  Pet can be discussed.  Smoking external of the home OK.
