House: Share with 3 others, neat, tidy and homely with back yard, laundry, internet/Wifi, floor boards, good kitchen, etc.
Room: Comfy room at back of house, semi furnished, wireless internet
Suit: Tidy, young but mature and open minded person.
Pets: Smallish Dog (good, well trained and loves people)
Other: We have been here for 4+ years now and have had some great flat mate, mostly long term, however we are open to suggestions for the right person.
