Comments about this home - This is a lovely three bedroom house in Allambie Heights (Northern Beaches) - from the veranda you are surrounded by birds and the bush although only a 5min drive from Manly beach. It’s got a beautiful deck overlooking native land, and several entertaining areas. The house itself is divided into three layers, with a study, dining, living area, kitchen in addition to two 'new' bathrooms.

Home sharing considerations - Bond is 4weeks rent. Rent is $230 unfurnished ($250 furnished) per week in addition to bills.

Lifestyle & interests of householders - My name is Libby. I am working in the city as a Resource Coordinator (HR) and studying my MIB at Macquarie Part Time. I am a friendly lass who likes a quiet lifestyle at home, somewhere I can rest (have a glass of wine over dinner) and study. After work I can't get enough of the outdoors, love to ride my bike, walk my dog and swim. On weekends I enjoy visiting my friends on the Northern Beaches, down south or my family in the Blue Mountains.

Description of other flatmates - My Partner is a landscaper who spends most of his time outdoors. He is a handy man who is always improving things around the home. Outside of work and rest he likes cricket, food, wine and a good old BBQ. Alison, our other flatmate is just lovely, she is an Osteopath & fitness trainer who loves a walk with the dogs, breakfast on the beach and playing hockey. All of us lead an active lifestyle which means half the time you have the house to yourself.

Important personal qualities - It’s important that there are NO drugs in the house and that common areas are kept clean... that’s bout it :-)

Description of pets - I have one dog, a mini fox terrier 'Zar'. He is polite and very well behaved, having been brought up in an apartment he is a quiet indoor dog, very clean and  friendly. Zar usually goes to work everyday with his dad and spends his weekend's swimming or out and about with his mum. Our other little delight is Jessie, she is a small Kelpie and will steal your heart.
