The house is furnished- except the kitchen is lacking in various utensils. The bedroom is fairly large with a mirror wardrobe with shelves and drawers hidden away inside.
We are two women (aged 19 and 21) and we're seeking someone who speaks fluent english, of similar age and who can pay rent on time. Pets are okay, although we already have a dog living inside the house.
