Moving into a wicked house in three weeks in Strathfield - I'm looking for a housemate to share it with!!!
Having had HORRENDOUS house sharing experiences before, you must be a) not an idiot b) not a ferral pig and c) easy to hang out with!!!! Picky hey...
The house is in south strathfield and has a huge garden, big pool, massive kitchen - it's got loads of character and would be great for lots of summer fun.
The rent is currently $360pw but I reckon they'll put it up by $20 to $380, meaning $190 each per week.
