Hi,
Im a 24yr Male working Proffesionally currently looking for a new place around Bondi (the beach rather than the Junction) Bellevue hill Rose Bay and surrounding suburbs, and a good size room would be ideal (no sunrooms please). I would be willing to pay 150-200 p/wk and possibly more depending on how good the place is, i will be available to move in early july.
 
Im well natured, honest, diligent and considerate of others, i enjoy a good laugh and passionate about cooking and love outdoor activities, i take pride in cleanliness of myself and my environment, i'm reliable in paying on time and have excellent organisational skills. 
 
I dont mind who my new room mates are, any gender, bakgrounds or sexuality as long as we have good communications and they are non-smokers. If you happen to have a place for me please contact me via email.
