The place is a 3 bedroom apartment on St. Marks Road and you'll be sharing it myself and Ben.

We're about 7 mins walk from Randwick Junction (where all the buses, shops and post office is) and about 15 mins walk down to Coogee Beach.

We share internet bills(about $23.3/month) and electricity bill.

There's a laundry room in the building and a swimming pool.

Rent is $185/week
Bond is 4 weeks
