Hi Potential flatmates.
Apologies for the rubbish photos in this ad. The bedroom which looks small in this photo is actually big.
I'm looking for a flatmate for a spacious 2 bedroom apartment in North Wollongong. The room I'm looking to rent is about 3x4 with built in wardrobes. Its fully furnished but you are welcome to replace the bedroom furniture if you want. It boasts a large living area and separate living/dining. The best thing about the apartment is the space: the living area is 6x4 and the kitchen/dining is about the same size as well.
There is a garage with space for storage and sometimes off-street parking.
Its about 5 minutes walk to North Beach and North Gong station, walking/cycling distance from the Uni and town.
I'm 32 and work not-quite full time at local businesses. My interests revolve around music and beach life (the apartment has a piano if thats a bonus for you). I'm sociable and don't mind sharing meals but am also fine with someone who wants to go their own way food-wise.
I'm looking for somebody for at least 6 months, and all things going well am open to extending that.
