I'm down to earth, very easy to get along with, tidy, reliable with the rent and respectful of your privacy, personal space and cultural/religious beliefs.

I've been offered a promotion in my company but it requires me to transfer from the country to the lower north shore in late december. I need a furnished/semi furnished room close to public transport in the North shore, northern beaches, city or innerwest. Also, I don't want to share the room.
