The house is true waterfront luxury at its best and is without doubt the best in Lane Cove. The room for rent is large in size and has views right up Lane Cove river. In the house there are two huge designer bathrooms and a 2 x separate toilet's and a fully equiped laundry. There are 3 massive balconies (with water access) that span the entire length of the house and they both overhang the water and 2 separate lounge rooms both equipped with Foxtel (Pay TV) units and plasma TV’s.
The room for rent has beautiful water views and comes with a new built in wardrobe and its own private balcony.
We have a cleaner that comes in every week and there is high speed wireless broadband throughout the house.
As a guide Lane Cove is 10km from the CBD and there is a Bus at the door that takes you to North Sydney or the City. The trip to the city takes around 35 min and there is a Bus stop 100m from the house.
As a guide on top of the rent there is a monthly amount around $160 per month per person that covers electricity, gas, 2 x Foxtel boxes, wireless broadband, weekly cleaner and insurance.
Who are we looking for……
As a guide we are looking for a professional person who has a good sense of humour and likes a social environment to live in.
We are looking for someone 20 - 40 years old, male or female. You need to be able to clean up after yourself and wake up with a smile on your dial 6 out of 7 days a week.
So if you are not shy, understand how to load a dishwasher and like to have a laugh when you get home, give us a call to come around and see the house.

Who is in the house
Currently there are 4 other people in the house (2 guys/2 girls). The average age is late 20’s and we are all in sales so there is never a quiet moment around dinner time.
We love a beer or wine over dinner and all live hectic lives. We know how to party and how to respect the other housemates when we come home. All in all we are a really fun crew to live with.
