Wanted: Looking for Room/Shared Apartment within or near City

I'm a Fine Arts student (22, asian male) looking for a bigger space to set up a home-based studio. It's not going to be anything elaborate, just simply an Easel, a couple of desks, and enough space to keep a couple of drawing casts within the room. (Maybe a live sized mirror as well)

Room must be able to accommodate these items together with a bed and wardrobe, with enough space to maneuver around.

Preferably north or south facing rooms for a more consistent light throughout the day.

Will only be working in pencil/charcoal. Not doing any painting. I'm a pretty tidy person so no worries about making a mess.

Give me an email preferably. Looking to move in between end of this month and mid next month.
