Hello! We are offering a room for rent in a wonderful terrace house situated on popular Abercrombie Street in Chippendale.
One of our dear housemates is endeavouring to travel to South America so we are looking for someone to permanently join our little gang! The room is available from the 27th of November, thats not far away... get in quick!
You will be living on the ground floor of our 2 story terrace with three very friendly people! (2 female and one male). Other than your bedroom our house is fully furnished, our kitchen and bathroom have been recently renovated, we have a washing machine and a courtyard
We are located smack bang in the heart of the action, close to Sydney Uni and UTS as well as Broadway Shopping Centre, Newtown and George Street. Central is a 5 minute walk away and some local hang outs include the Abercrombie Hotel (Purple Sneakers!), the Rose Hotel, as well as being close to the new White Rabbit Gallery and many awesome and delicious cafes!
We do have a couple of rules (and really these are the only 2!)
To make sure we are all comfortable in our living environment we like to keep the living areas tidy and we follow a cleaning schedule (which means you only have to clean the bathroom once a month!)... please dont be frightened away, we are not tyrannical with the schedule but we do expect it to be followed
And the only other rule we have is a '3 night a week' stay over policy for partners to ensure fairness for everyone within the house
Our rent is paid promptly every fortnight and your contribution will be $140 a week (plus an extra $7.50 a fortnight if you would like wireless internet access), bond is $550 and that will be held in trust for you.
