We are a young busy couple (student and police officer) looking for a clean, respectful flatmate.

Rent: $170/week INCLUDING BILLS
Bond: $680

We would prefer it if our flatmate was respectful of our house and cleaned up after themselves after using the kitchen/bathroom.  We also expect that they will share in general cleaning duties on a regular basis, including cleaning the kitchen/bathroom.

We will provide basics such as soap, dishwasher powder, laundry supplies etc. but also expect that our flatmate will contribute to these expenses on a regular basis.

Broadband internet is available for those with their own computer.

The room for rent is carpeted, but the whole apartment will be refloored with timber in the near future.  It has two large windows, with blinds and can fit a double bed and shelves/wardrobe.  The room may possibly come partially furnished (bed, shelf etc).  The room also has a TV antenna connection.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the block and has a large porch and will soon have a fully-fenced front yard.  We do also have a 6 year old female Staffy who is very friendly, and our flatmate must be willing to receive lots of kisses and cuddles from her.  She doesn't bark and is a pleasure to have around.

5 minutes walk from Harris Park and Woolworths/McDonalds/KFC/Subway/Video Ezy and 15 min walk to Parramatta CBD.  2km from UWS Parramatta.
Plenty of on-street parking.

We are an easygoing and social couple and are looking for a flatmate that is the same!  Our current flatmate will be leaving at the end of November and that is when the room will become available.
