Hi there this amazing chance of having a nice room near the city is here! $260 for one person only room will not be rented out to 2 people - sorry.. The room and the house is fully furnished with very nice and new furniture and equipment so you will not be disappointed. The location is really good as well, only 2 min walk to busses 5 min walk to central station /UTS/ Broadway shopping centre. The room will be available Sunday 15th of November so about in 10 days. Rent is included all bills as well. If you like the room you will have to give me the 4 weeks bond for me to keep it other wise I cant promise anything. Looking forward to hearing back from you.
