AVAILABLE IN A FEW WEEKS...22nd NOV!
 
The available room is unfurnished, large, with polished floorboards, and wall-to-floor built-ins including drawers and heaps of shelving and space. The downstairs bathroom, whilst is available for guests, acts like an ensuite as its pretty much next to the room. $230 covers everything (rent, bills, broadband - but we take turns buying some house neccessities) and the room is available 22nd Nov. One weeks rent in advance + bond ($580) is required.

Myself & my lovely German housemates (a couple) are all professionals, late 20's, easy-going but mature, clean and reliable and are looking for an individual (ie NO COUPLES) who fits in with this who has a great sense of humour and is a positive person to be around. NO GEEKS ALLOWED. Have to be tidy & clean but laidback and not anal. We are seeking only native english speakers! Prefer professionals - nothing against students its just that we want someone who can comfortably pay the rent...and have a life as well as being able to chip in for house stuff where neccessary. Also we find they're more mature. We kinda do our own thing but get along great so are social together as well. The house is fully-furnished but if you have additional furniture you'd like to bring we I'm sure we can accommodate it. NO PETS either unfortunately.
