looking for room mate (especially) female mate, iam presently living in inner west suburb-Annandale which is close to the RPA Hospital and sydney university.
This place has bus transportation and buses are very frequent, since it is close to city, this area has shopping complexes and common wealth bank.
Rental Apartment includes-
1.) It is fully furnished, with ADSL++ wireless internet & telephone line.
2.)THERE ARE TWO ROOMS- the other tent would be provided with own private room- SEPERATE ROOM - the room is medium size.
3.) RENT INCLUDES- electricity, water bill & internet - telephone charges.
4.) It has own Garage and shared laundry.
5.) There is only one kitchen and one bathroom to share
6.) you would be provided with microwave,refregirator,vaccum cleaner, utensils and oven to use.
7.) LIVING ROOM IS FREE FOR USE.
But tent must follow these following criteria:-
,1.) other tent would be responsible for their own goods.
2.) periodical cleaning of own room (vaccum cleaner is there), i wont be responsible for your cleaning.
3.) out sider wont be allowed to do over night stay (except PARENTS & 1 FAMILY MEMBER).
4.) they have to bring own groceries-shampoo etc.
7.) rent should be on time & BOND MONEY IS MUST- that will be returned if there is no damage to property.
Rent of this place 190/ wk which include all listed above
Bond money is in advance 380 ( which ill return )
