The apartment I'm currently living in has been sold and I have to move out around 10 December.  I am going home to Queensland for Christmas so I only need the room until 24 December.
 
If you are going away for holidays and need someone to pay your share of the rent while you're away (and water your plants/collect mail/feed dog).......      or have a spare room you'd like to make a little bit of extra money from leading up to Christmas............    please contact me.
 
I work 2 - 3 evenings a week and 2 - 3 days a week as well as going to college so I wont be living in your pocket.  You'll probably barely notice I'm there.  I dont smoke, drink or eat the last Tim Tam in the packet (okay no guarantees there), no wet towels on the bathroom floor and I replace the empty toilet rolls.
 
I'm also a homeowner so I understand and respect other's belongings and property.  I'm clean & tidy (but not pedantic), 35, female and wont be dancing on the coffee table at dawn (or ever in fact).
 
I work in Surry Hills and in Rockdale so somewhere close to either location would be very helpful.
