The bedroom for lease is large enough for a queen size bed and storage. It has a large window with north-east aspect. Off-street parking.

The apartment is only a few minutes walk to the Pacific Highway (busses directly to the city, and Chatswood to the north), North Shore Hospital and St Leonards Station (trains only 4 stops to the city). Lane Cove shops are only a short drive away as is Chatswood. Plenty of gyms handy.

I am an industrious, thoughtful male, happy to share with another male or female. I enjoy company but also respect the need for privacy by others. I know the area well and would be happy to help with directions. Our apartment block is a very friendly and safe place.
