Wanted: 26 year professional seeking a flat share in Bondi

Hi Everyone!  My name is Lindsey.  I just moved here from the US and transferred within my company for a job-- so far I love it here!  A little about me: I work in clinical research; I'm straight; I love the beach, working out, eating good food, and night life.  I'm pretty outdoorsy, adventurous, laidback, and social.  I love to cook, but usually a busy day doesn't allow for it-- when I do cook, please help yourself!   

Since I know about 2 people in Australia, I'm looking for a flat or home share with people that could be friends and introduce me to others.  I would like to live there for about 4-6 months, and then I'll get my own place most likely.  I would like my own room with a wardrobe, and the bathroom to people ratio to not make mornings too complicated.  I want to live somewhere between Bondi Beach and Bondi Junction.  After utilities are considered, I'm willing to pay about $350-400/week.  I would like the flat to be furnished, and it doesn't matter if my room is furnished or unfurnished.  I will need internet for work (I can pay for that if it's not currently hooked up).  I don't care if flatmates smoke, but I don't want to live anywhere where smoking is allowed indoors.     

During the week, I'll be working in North Ryde the typical 8-10 hour day and be more active on the weekends.  I don't mind if flatmates have guests during the week-- just nothing too loud.  I'm a tidy person, although the occasional hurricane does hit my room in the event of a wardrobe dilemma.  It is important that the common areas remain tidy and flatmates are respectful of each other.
