Wanted: 23yo Sociable Professional Searching for New Share House

Hi Guys,

The lease on the place I've been living in for the last 8 months is up in the next few weeks and so I am looking for a new place to live for the foreseeable future. Ideally would like to stay in the eastern suburbs but really any inner city suburb would be great.

 

About Me: 23yo working in the finance industry having moved down to Sydney from Brisbane at the start of year. Tend to work pretty decent hours during the week so like to relax during the week and save the going out for the weekends. Very easy to get along with, sociable, relaxed etc. Love my music & sports and all the other normal stuff. Very responsible and won't be a messy housemate or  late with the rent.

 

Anyway, hoping to find a really relaxed friendly & clean house with some other young people. Could probably afford up to $300 for the right place but was looking for something in the $200-$280 sort of range. Would love to stay in the east if possible, but any suburbs close to the city would be great. Car parking nearby would be preferred but is not a deal breaker.
