Hey. I am 21 yrs old, male, I work as a nurse on the central coast and newcastle, and I am living on my own. I am looking for a housemate to occupy my spare room, for possibly 2-3months.
My home is 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (seperate toilet), internal laundry, front and back balcony, single car driveway,  combined lounge and dining. The room is not furnished nor does it have built ins. You will need your own storage equipment. I am looking for someone short term, as my lease expires in a few months and I am not renewing it. Please respond to this ad, for more details.
