I work full-time and my gf is a student; nice balcony; huge combined dining and lounge area; carpets throughout the unit.   5 minutes walk to Harris Park station and 10 minutes walk to Parramatta station (express trains to the city and the largest shopping centre in Australia – Westfield Parramatta).  Wireless broadband internet and a computer in your room provided for free.  $160 per week rent including everything for a single person or $200 for a couple.
