Hi,
I am looking for a flatmate to share a lovely flat with me and my son, a high school boy.
The flat is very comfortable, with timber floor throughout.There are three bedrooms, the biggest one for me and the smallest one for my son, leaving the middle one for one flatmate. Certainly there are a big living room, one bathroom and one big kitchen which is also dining area.
The location is very convenient, only 2 minutes walk to Homebush train station. Strathfeild train station is 15 minutes walk away; flemington Paddings market, 20 mins walk. ALDI and Harris farm are just 4-5 minutes walk.
There are all necessary house items, including washing machine, fridge, microwave oven, grill and baker, TV and the so forth. All previous flatmates felt very comfortable.
I am only looking for one flatmate, two are unacceptable as the flat will be too crowdid. I prefer professional, clean, non-smoker, non-drinker female or male flatmate. As I need a quiet enviroment for PhD study, the flat should be quiet most of time. No noise please.
Your room has a wooden double bed, a bedside table, a computer desk, a small wardrobe, TV and TV stand. Wireless broadband is free to flatmate.Please see the attached photoes of your room, living room and kitchen.
The rent is $120 per week excluding gas and elictricity. Flatmate share 1/3 bill of gas and electricity, normally around 80-90 cents a day. Pay rent fortnight in advance. Bond is $240, that is two week rent.
My current flatmate will leave Sydney on 29 November.Therefore, the room will be available on December 1st 2009.
Please note that the $120 weekly rent will only apply from December 1st 2009 to 31 January 2010. The weekly rent will be $140 from February 1st 2010.
Short-term stay is welcome.Please contact me if you are interested. You are welcome to inspect it before making decision.
