Hi Im offering 2 bedspaces in a divided livingroom with full privacy for one ore 2 non smoking girls at $110ppw. Apartment is about 8min from Bondi Beach and 2 min from bondi rd with busses to the city. Quiet location but heaps of
cafees, pizzerias, take aways, pubs, conviniensestores etc around. 
 
We are currently 2 people in the apartment mostly studying and working.
This offer most suited to working holiday, one semester owerseeas student or
backpacker.
 
Acess to dvd /vhs/ cd player and tv with movie collection, large micro owen and if you have your own laptopp brodband internett.
