Hello all,

I have a lovely little room to rent in leichhardt (I am going travelling), to move in on Nov 26th.
The room: pretty standard single room with a big window, Sorry, won't be furnished.
The apartment: two bedrooms, one bathroom, big living room, big kitchen (has all normal stuff - microwave, stove top, kettle etc), balcony, laundry (with washing machine).

Apartment is located on Balmian rd, behind Leichhardt shopping centre and Norton street. If your not familiar with the area, norton st is a pretty big shopping st with coles, cafes, bookstores, cinema, clothes shops etc.

Also it is just off Parramatta Rd - which means excellant bus transport to the city at any time day or night.

My flatmate is a lovely guy in his early 20s, he is easy going, clean and plays a great guitar.

We have wireless internet.

Bond is 660.
