3 people needed share room surry hills/darlinghurst cheap

Hi i have a appartment in surry hills / darlinghurst 100ft from oxford st with a massive spare room. There is three single beds a tv ample wordrobes and a common computer with fast internet with printer. Very near to everything can get anywere in the city in minuites ! and it's in a great spot with really nice pubs and cafes everywere. the appartment itself is an old one with a small citing room and kitchen and small bathroom however the room is big and the place is clean. included in the rent is wireless internet bread butter milk tea coffee rice pasta breakfast cerial and biscuits this is just to make life easy and no one is useing each others milk in the morning. You would be living with me mid 20's from england currently working full time easy going and will gladly help with anything i can. There is no bond just when you move in pay two weeks then always stay 1 week ahead so when you say your moving out i will have a weeks notice boys or girls or mixed if you like not really worried must be easy to get on with no wingers or i got muged and cant pay rent's orther than that all welcome long or short term
