As this was a gift it has laser engraved "yim" which means (smile) in Thai. Was opened and used for the afternoon. It is not for me so it is a steal for you. apple sells for $269 JB hifi for $244 and ebay at the moment sell for $220....it doesnt get any newer I assure you still in case and wrapping includes everything as new.
