This is enough to start homebrewing, be it beer, cider, or wine.  I made a couple batches of cider in this, and it turned out great.  For sale is:
 
20L jerrycan style fermenter
2 S type airlocks (plastic)
1 Hydrometer for beer and wine
1 Hydrometer for spirits
 
The beer/wine hydrometer measures specific gravity, potential alcohol by volume and approximate sugar per litre.  It also has a nice colour code for different wines and beer, and directions.
 
The spirit hydrometer is short, and measures alcohol content in percent volume.
