ACOUSTIC GUITAR MARTIN D1 Mahogany Dreadnought As New In Case!!

Martin D1 Mahogany Dreadnought in pristine mint condition. This guitar is a stunner. Has recently been set up by a master luthier, nice low action with 13-56 guage strings - perfect for bluegrass. Comes with Martin Hardshell Case. She is a 2001 model, just enough time for the srpuce top to dry out and really start to open up. As with all good acoustics, its in the first 10 years of its life as the wood matures that it really starts to sound good. The guitar has been kept at home in its case for most of its life and has ever been used for gigs - the tapered endpin is still in the case, the tortoise pickguard is still covered in plastic (I play fingerstyle only so there are no pick marks anywhere.) So when I say "As New", I mean showroom condition.

 

I wll go so far as to say better than new, since it's had plenty of time for the glues to dry, wood to mature and sound to improve. It has a great bass thump, even tone across the strings as well as up the neck, has a real chime when playing single notes, great strummer, loves open fingerpicking, everything you'd expect from a Martin.
