Moving, stuff will not fit into the new house.  The cabinet has 2 glass shelves that fit onto the wall above the unit.  It is in good condition.  The entertainment unit is in ok - good condition and moves in one piece.  The sofa is very very comfy.  Hand made but is also very dirty.  needs a good clean or recoevring.  All the cushions and the seats covers come off and can be washed.  The swing set needs some work but the kids still use it.  The stuff that is for sale is mentioned, you are not getting anything that is on or in the entertainment unit or cabinet.  We will sell the tv though if you want it!  You also need to pick things up.  There is no delivery.
