TO QUALIFY THE HOUSEHOLDER MUST
Be and australian citizen or permanent resident 18yrs and over.
Be an induvidual (not, for example be a company or othe organisation)
Be the owner occupier or beneficial owner of the dwelling where the ceiling insulation is to be installed and occupy that dwelling as their principle place of residence.
Have permission from the other owner/s to install the insulation.
Not have been granted assistance under the goverments solar hot water rebate program since 3/2/09
