Hi there i have Xbox 360 60GB Version flashed with the lasted IXtreme firmware 1.61 which plays the new wave 4 games with 2 Wireless controllers and 14 games
and its also modded to play back up games. There is nothing wrong with the xbox Perfect condition Everything is included all accessories (Power pack, AV Cables ect..), however they only downside is its Ban from Xbox live.
I still have the box and booklets for the xbox has been well cared for only a few months old, rarely used anymore.

Bear in mind you cannot use the 60GB hdd to install games, it only can be used for audio files, video files and to save the game data, since the console has been banned From Xbox Live.

If your not an online person this is perfect for you can also play backup games
