About the author:
C. Michael Hall is Professor in Marketing in the Department of Management, University of Canterbury, Christchurch, and Docent in the Department of Geography, University of Oulu, Finnland. He is also co-editor of the journal Current Issues in Tourism. Oiginally from Western Australia, Michael is an international recognised author who has researched and published extensively on a wide range of Australia and international tourism issues.
