War Planes - A card game for Aircraft Spotters Published  by Temple Press LTD.
 
These cards certainly have some history about them and possibly a tragic one at that. Some info for the collectors:-
 
The box they come in is sorta 'fair' condition, it is a bit battered.
 
The cards themselves - There is a card MISSING. The 3 of hearts. I have been told, though I don't know how right it is so it would require some research, that on occassion one of our veterans would give a card to his buddy and when they met up again, the card would be returned. I hope that's wrong, because the reason for the missing card would be so tragic.
 
They are in good condition considering the history surrounding them with some discolouration on the edges some from use. Apart from the missing card they have all the number cards and also have the 'photo' cards of all the aircraft. An almost complete set.
