Replogle world nation series globe on metal stand dates back to the 60's or 70's.
The globe is in excellent condition which quite a feat considering that the maps are paper based and pressed over the raised mountains.
The globe has scaled and hand created mountain ranges that accurately represent the heights by LeRoy M Tolman Cartographer made in the USA.
It also has legends of city sizes, boundaries, steamship routes and shelf ice limits.
It also shows Russia as the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and the ice limits are no doubt different today at Greenland and the poles.
