The Federal Government’s $3 billion Homeowner Insulation Program and Low Emission Assistance Plan for Renters is not only delivering energy efficient homes but driving high demand for home ceiling insulation and creating significant income opportunities.

As a result of high demand, we are expanding our team of Home Insulation Sales Consultants.

Our Home Insulation Sales Consultant’s will be required to:

• Canvas all residential homes in your allocated sales territory.
• Identify homes requiring ceiling insulation.
• Provide accurate ‘on-site’ measure & quotes.
• Schedule an installation for the customer upon an acceptance of quote.
• Submission of accurate paperwork and information to trigger the installation process
• Liaise with customers, sales administration and operations to ensure high levels of customer services and satisfaction.
• Report sales results on a daily/weekly/monthly basis as required

To secure this role you will need:

• Previous ‘in home’ selling experience
• Exceptional and influential communication skills
• To be well presented
• Strong organisational skills
• A proven sales track record with the ability to close the sale
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively
• Accurate numeracy skills with an ability to measure and calculate surface areas
• A positive “can do” attitude
• Be reliable, honest and trustworthy
• An ABN number
• Mobile phone
• Measuring tape or laser
• A computer with internet access and either a scanner or fax

It is highly advantageous (but not necessary) to have the following:
• A laptop with wireless broadband
• A motor vehicle
• A step ladder
