We are seeking an individual who will step up to the challenges the role provides with a can-do attitude and attention to detail.
Duties will include:
Planning events ensuring adequate staffing levels and suitable action/service plan, in conjunction with Event Operations Manager.
Ensure all set up and specifications are organised in line with event orders.
Build and maintain a high level of guest relationships prior to, during and after events.
Maintain cost efficiency and expense control whilst maintaining a high level of integrity and accountability to correct revenue placement.
Successful candidate will posses:
Two years experience in a similar position with hotel experience or similar is essential.
Project planning and/or event management experience.
Service skills and understanding of service standards.
Management or business qualifications.
