Wanted: Training Manager - Recruitment firm

This highly successful IT recruitment organization was established at the beginning of 2003 and has expanded to the point where they now need a full time Training Manager.

The Role:

The primary objective is to recruit, train, prepare and ensure the successful transition of the trainee recruiters into the business as consultants in accordance with pre-set targets within a 9 month period. This will include training them on candidate management and attraction, client aquisition and development and database management as well as creating a high performing team who are ready to become fully fledged consultants after their nine month induction into recruitment. 

The Person:

You will be an engaging leader with strong sales skills with the ability to turn trainee recruiters into succesful consultants through training, coaching and management.  You will come from a recruitment background (preferably IT) and be a strong manager who can inspire, encourage and mentor.
