What the role Involves:
 
 
 
As this is a new role you will be very much involved in the development of the position but basically you will supervise, coach and develop trainee consultants so that they can achieve and exceed KPIs in the crucial first year of their employment. You understand what it is like to be a new consultant and you will impart the skills and tips needed to be successful.
 
 
 
The ideal candidate:
 
 
 
You will be a strong leader with well developed sales skills who has recruitment experience, ideally in IT. You enjoy building high performance teams and have a track record in working with non recruiters. As their manager, you will be responsible for training, inspiring and encouraging all new consultants, monitoring their performance during the probationary period and working closely with the other managers to integrate all new consultants into the company.
