As part of a global award winning recruitment business with a turn over in excess of $250 milion, you will have the security of sound financial backing with the approach of a specialist boutique agency. he company opened its doors in January 2009 from prestigious city offices with amazing harbour views and became profitable a few months later.It is now in phase two having completed set up stage and is currently poised for growth and looking for senior recruitment consultants who want to make money and build a long term career.

The Role

To establish a dual ITecruitment desk with the aim of building up a team around you once you are profitable.This is an international role which will see you recruiting roles throughout AsiaPac. t is an adult environment and you will be fairly self managed with free reign to grow your business. ou will earn commission on every dollar you bill with no threshold and, if you do well, you will be in the running for equity and shares in the business.

The Candidate

Must have IT recruitment experience and a solid track record. You understand what it takes to be successful in the local market and how to build a talent pool of candidates, knowing where your business will come from and how you are going to get it. You have the drive and determination to become a team leader, manager and director of the future. our future career will only ever be based on the results you achieve so it is expected you have a proven track record of billings and have clearly defined goals as to where you see yourself in the future.
